1. About these Terms
These Terms apply to your use of the Mavlino online store at mavlino.store and to purchases made through the store. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and orders
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Product details and availability may change. If we find an error in product or order information, we may contact you to resolve it.

3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment is due using a payment method offered at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify and/or the payment provider selected at checkout and may be subject to that provider’s terms.

4. Shipping and delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Estimated delivery to the United States is 5–10 business days after processing. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by customs, carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Tracking will be provided when available.

Shipping options and destinations are those shown at checkout. Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges not collected at checkout are the customer’s responsibility, where permitted by law.

5. Returns and refunds
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Contact us before sending an item back. If we accept your return, we will provide return instructions and cover the return shipping cost.

Personalized products, perishable goods, opened personal-care or hygiene products, and gift cards cannot be returned. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Use of the store
You agree not to use the store for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation or security, or submit false information. We may take reasonable steps to protect the store, our customers, and our services.

7. Third-party services
Some services used to operate the store, including payment services, are provided by third parties and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. The date above shows when the latest version was posted.
